Land access is
our right

For inner-city Black and working class people, we are restricted from the same right to land that others experience. This is why we find it so important that we can reclaim our right to these spaces and co-create a safe and health-supporting* community garden for all of us to use, nurture and thrive in the abundance of.

*health supporting as a radical use of the term health to include but not claim to cure, mental and physical health as well as emotional and cultural health.

Abundance: we use this to mean honouring the plentiful goodness that the Earth shares with us and to ensure that we all are supported within this abundance with no-one left out

Our main Ital Abundance Community Gardens project base in at 310 Sneinton Dale, and this site is only accessible during our set project days. We have a weekly work day, as well as regular special events. Please check out the “Events” page for more details.
