We

Narmi Stewart
Narmi (she/her) passionate about making and eating good and healthy food, growing up in a Jamaican-Rasta family, we naturally incorporated as much home grown, ital food into our diet as possible. She became more food conscious as she grew up. She always enjoyed cooking and baking for family and friends – and would usually make a healthier ital version of the original recipe – and it was always a winner!
Narmi is experienced in project management, having successfully led courses focused on health and wellness, and projects providing education on holistic health and wellness practices. And has worked in a variety of leadership roles surrounding young people and youth development.
